Hydraulic bars, as the main part of the hydraulic cylinder, are subjected to high mechanical loads and chemicals during operation. Reliable and tuned operation of a hydraulic system depends directly on how the hydraulic bar was manufactured or repaired. A qualitatively manufactured bar is resistant to intense mechanical loads and also has high resistance to abrasives.
There are solid and hollow bars.
Hollow bars (external chrome plated steel tubes) are used in cylinders of lightweight design. The bars used in such structures are chrome-plated along the outer diameter. Replacing a solid bar with a hollow one allows you to reduce the weight of the cylinder by more than 30% of the total weight.

Induction hardened chrome-plated hydraulic bars
nduction hardened chrome-plated bars are mainly used in construction, mining and road special equipment. The hardened steel layer prevents the occurrence of minor damage, scratches and chipping of the chrome-plated layer due to mechanical effects of dirt and other foreign particles.
Standard lengths for induction hardened bars are from 5.5 to 6.5 m. Production according to individual parameters is also possible.
OOO PTK KRPMS produces induction hardened bars in a range of diameters from 16 to 300 mm. Standard diameter tolerance is f7, you can order bars manufactured with tolerance h6.
