Product description
High-pressure hoses are flexible pipelines for transporting special fluids to transmit operating force. Structurally, they consist of two or more rubber layers mutually reinforced with metal braids or windings. The figure below shows a typical hose with two metal braids.
High-pressure hoses are used in hydraulic systems of various machines and mechanisms (construction and road vehicles, logging equipment, carrying and lifting equipment, automotive and agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, etc.) for transporting hydraulic and engine oils, liquid fuels, greases and emulsions.
High-pressure hoses include two groups of metal hoses: with metal braids and with metal windings. The former are used in hydraulic drives with relatively low pressure (up to 25 MPa) and, as a rule, where the smallest possible bending radius of the hose is required. The latter are used in equipment operating at a pressure of 30-40 MPa, where there are constant cyclic loads.

FITTINGS AND SLEEVES
Fitting is a connecting element for pipeline installation.
Fittings (or press fittings) are installed on high pressure hoses and serve as connecting parts of the pipeline. Press fittings consist of the following parts: fitting body with a nipple inserted into the pipe, sealing rings, insulating ring and crimping sleeve. The fitting body is made from heat-treated brass with a low zinc content or from a special polymer.
Such materials guarantee high corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The insulating ring is made from Teflon, it performs the function of galvanic separation of the pipe and fitting preventing thermoelectric corrosion. An insulating ring is mounted between the fitting body and the end of the pipe. Crimping sleeve is made of high alloy steel. Fittings allow you to quickly assemble a pipeline system of any complexity. When frequent assembly and disassembly of pipes is necessary, fittings are indispensable.
Fittings are mounted at joints, forks, when using pipe transitions to a different diameter. Fittings are used when assembling pipes with the same diameter, if the diameters do not match, then transitional connectors are used. Fittings can be used not only when installing new pipes, but also during repairs.
Couplings - (or as they may be called - crimp barrels, sleeves) are designed for crimping high pressure hoses. The most versatile and applicable barrels (couplings) for crimping high-pressure hoses of braided type are according to standards EN853 and EN857. They are used for assembling high-pressure hoses 1SN, 1SC, 2SN, 2SC and are called lightweight. In this case, it is not necessary to scrape the outer or inner layer, which significantly reduces the process of crimping a high-pressure hose.
Heavy sleeves (couplings) are used for crimping high-pressure coiling hoses of EN856 standard. When mounting the sleeve, external scraping (peeling) of hydraulic hose 4SP, 4SH is required.
Adapters, transitions
An adapter is an element for connecting multiple ports lacking direct compatibility. Adapters can be classified into groups (JIC, ORFS, BSP, etc.) depending on the thread at the ends of the adapter.
Adapters are made of carbon steel of hydraulic quality, i.e. of material tested for resistance to cracks. Standard surface treatment is galvanizing and yellow chrome plating. Elbow and T-shaped adapters are usually soldered, but some adapters come in a forged design. If possible, avoid adapters with R or NPTF threads for increased operating pressures, since these threads are difficult to seal, and they often cause cracks in the material if they are too tight. Standard O-rings used in some types of adapters are made of NBR 90 ± 5 Sha material, and they are suitable for using an oil-based working fluid and a non-flammable water-based fluid.
Adapters are designed for mounting a hydraulic tube, connecting and branching elements of hydraulic systems (high-pressure hoses , hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic equipment).

QRC (quick-release couplings)
ISO A quick-release couplings are classic QRC with conical valves (there are also spherical valves). ISO A quick-release couplings is one of the first designs of hydraulic connectors, widely used in systems with low loads. ISO A quick-release couplings may be installed on agricultural machinery, trailers, utility vehicles and other similar equipment. The shape of the valve reduces the resistance to flow of the working fluid. The connection of half couplings is ensured by a ball gate. The gate design allows for mutual rotation of the QRC half couplings in the closed state under pressure, protecting the hydraulic HPHs from twisting. The advantage of ISO A quick-release couplings is a low price, and the main drawback is the presence of an open cavity in the half coupling socket, which requires using plastic plugs.

Seamless cold drawn pipes for hydraulic systems
Used as rigid pipelines in hydraulic and pneumatic systems for connections with cutting rings, beading and welding. Manufactured in accordance with DIN 2391 (EN 10305) from steel St.37.4. Supplied in normalized (NBK) black or galvanized condition in lengths of 6 m. Pipes of other sizes may be delivered, as well as in the BK state (without heat treatment).
