Hydraulic cylinders are designed and produced using modern software, including Solid Edge ST4 three-dimensional solid modelling program. Hydraulic cylinders are manufactured to order in a well-equipped machine-assembly shop of OOO PTK KRPMS. Owing to a powerful production base, the company can produce hydraulic cylinders in a wide range of technical parameters (cylinder tube diameter – 25–500 mm, stroke - up to 8,000 mm), and the use of modern supporting-sealing elements allows for manufacturing hydraulic cylinders with a working pressure up to 800 MPa. It is also possible to manufacture hydraulic cylinders according to special requirements, e.g. for food industry, for working in aggressive environments or under conditions of constant contact with abrasives. It is possible to manufacture hydraulic cylinders according to special requirements to ambient temperature, which ensures operation of the company’s products both at low temperatures for regions with severe climatic conditions and at elevated temperatures in metallurgical production, moulding of plastics, etc. For the production of hydraulic cylinders itself, the company uses high-performance machines of domestic and foreign manufacture. On the one hand, this saves time, and on the other hand – ensures a decrease in the price of products manufactured.
Excellent qualification of the production and technical staff ensures exceptional quality of implementation of the projects developed. Improving the operating parameters of hydraulic cylinders is facilitated by the use of sealing elements manufactured according to the technology of Seal Maker (Austria) without using die moulds.
OOO PTK KRPMS pays special attention to quality control of the products manufactured. The final stage of hydraulic cylinders production is to carry out bench tests for strength and tightness in accordance with the recommendations in GOST 18464-96. The high production level of the company is confirmed by certification according to ISO 9001-2001.
