Pipeline fasteners under DIN 3015 are used in assembly of hydraulic pipes. Pipeline fasteners enable rigid fastening of a hydraulic pipe on equipment during the assembly of hydraulic pipelines. If a pipe is not fastened after assembly, permanent vibrations will result in deformation/leakage of pipe connections and, consequently, unscheduled shutdown of equipment, loss of hydraulic oil and potential damage to both the system and to the operator located close to the faulty units.
We offer several pipe fastener options for hydraulic pipes made of polypropylene, polyamide or galvanized steel. Using our pipe fasteners, you can fasten pipes up to 800 mm in diameter, fasten pipes in pairs or individually.
Pipe fasteners are used at different operating pressures. Different configurations of pipe fasteners enable their usage with any special purpose equipment and in any other industrial applications. Assembly is possible using either welding plates or bolted connections. Pipe fasteners of а rap 14-112 series can be used for assembly.
In accordance with the European Standard, din 3015 pipe fasteners are made of a material which is resistant to weak acids, benzol-containing products, mineral oils, and alkali. The operating temperature for polyamide fasteners is from -40°С to 120°С, for polypropylene pipe fasteners: from -30°С to +90°С, for aluminium fasteners: up to + 400°С.
