PTK KRPMS delivers phosphated and galvanized seamless precision hydraulic pipes.

Deliveries are performed directly from SALZGITTER MANNESMANN factory in Germany. We also have our own warehouses where most of the popular sizes of pipes and components are available.

The products offered are made of steel E 235 + N. This material has a high content of manganese, which increases its hardness, durability and wear resistance while maintaining plasticity.

The products meet safety standards, due to the low content of sulphur and phosphorus. These components reduce the wear resistance of products. In SALZGITTER MANNESMANN products their content is reduced to a minimum.

High pressure hydraulic pipes: applications

Hydraulic precision pipes are widely used in many industries, agriculture, mechanical engineering, creation of specialized equipment and in other industrial enterprises. They are used in installation of hydraulic lines in workshops, rigid pipelines at various enterprises, when working with materials which flow under high pressure. They are indispensable in manufacturing specialized equipment used in many industries, mining, agriculture, mechanical engineering and shipbuilding, and also in many others.

Hydraulic pipes and fittings replace flexible pipes in places where there is no need for actuated parts. They are harder and more durable; their weight is reduced in comparison with flexible hoses for supplying high pressure media.

Hydraulic precision pipes meet European standard DIN 2391 and Russian GOST 9567.

The process of manufacturing hydraulic pipes

Seamless high-pressure pipes are made by cold extrusion according to EN 10305-4. The technology ensures high strength of products, their durability and resistance to any impacts. Besides, these pipes feature clean surfaces due to the absence of scale.

After the product is formed, it is covered with zinc or phosphate composition. Galvanized (white) pipes are durable; they are reliably protected from corrosion by a strong zinc coating. They can be used when working with moderately aggressive environments. Due to the reduced heat exchange, they help maintain the temperature of the transported liquids.

Phosphated (black) hydraulic pipes and high-pressure connections can be additionally coated with paint and varnish. Phosphate coating easily adheres to paints and varnishes, and also absorbs anti-corrosion oil. Due to this, maximum protection against damage of all types is provided.

The finished pipes are subjected to a series of tests necessary for mandatory certification of products. Shipping and delivery of pipes are carried out according to a European level standard EN 10204.

Labelling

Steel hydraulic pipes are labelled as follows:

• Steel grade E235N (St 37.4), NBK label – normalized pipes with phosphate coating, surfaces lubricated.
• Steel grade E235N (St 37.4), NBK/ZN label – normalized pipes with electrical galvanization. The coating is passivated without using hexavalent chrome.
• Steel grade E355N (St 52.4), NBK label – normalized pipes with phosphate coating, lubricated inside and on the outside.
• Steel grade E355N (St 52.4), NBK/ZN label – electroplated pipes passivated without using hexavalent chrome.

In addition, our assortment features pipes made of austenitic stainless steel, manufactured according to AISI 316L and 304 (DIN 2353). These are quenched products without scale residues.

Hydraulic pipe fittings

For the construction of rigid pipelines using hydraulic pipes we offer a wide range of related products. This includes:

• hydraulic fittings – pipe connections and adapters manufactured according to DIN 2353;
• clamps for fastening pipes, shoes: single-pipe, two-pipe, made of polypropylene, with plates for welding, made according to DIN 3015.
